Upon the second delivery, our experienced logistics team simply picks up the used containers and supplies you with a new, freshly brewed batch, complete with cups, until your subscription ends.

Q1: How and when will my coffee arrive?
Your coffee is freshly brewed each business morning and delivered straight to your Riyadh office every Sunday through Thursday between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Q2: What delivery volumes do you offer for different team sizes?
We have four daily capacity tiers—each running 21 business days per month:
- 2 L/day (≈10–15 cups) for teams of 8–12
- 5 L/day (≈25–30 cups) for teams of 15–28
- 10 L/day (≈50–55 cups) for teams of 30–48
- 15 L/day (≈75–80 cups) for teams of 50–68
Q3: What packaging does my coffee come in, and how does replacement work?
Each delivery comes in an insulated thermal carafe that keeps your coffee hot for up to 6 hours. On every new delivery day, our team collects the previous day’s carafe and swaps it for a freshly cleaned, fully charged one—no extra effort needed on your end.
Once a client subscribes, we’ll contact them for delivery details, then begin daily deliveries within 1–2 days to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Alternatively we will also contact the purchaser to confirm when they would like for the subscription to start.
